Finding and Succeeding in High-Wage Nontraditional Employment
This section includes:
Strategies, tools and resources to help women find and obtain high-wage work.

Nontraditional jobs are occupations in which less than 25 percent of the workforce is female. Increasing women's access to nontraditional jobs is a compelling strategy for family economic self-sufficiency, because these jobs can provide:
