It is important to obtain permission to copy and use an image or video in writing for any image or video you find on the web whether it is free or for pay. Occasionally, some images or videos are free and anybody can use them without prior permission. However, you should obtain this in writing as well.

This will protect you as the user and, moreover, support the owner and others involved in making the image/video available. Contact the owner (see above) to obtain permission. If they don't have a written form, look at the following usage agreements, which may help you create one:
