Employers and Unions
Work4Women and its sister site Workplace Solutions (www.WorkplaceSolutions.org) offer many strategies and tools to help employers and unions recruit, train and retain qualified women in high-wage occupations that are considered nontraditional for women. Nontraditional Occupations (NTOs) are jobs in which women comprise 25% or less of the workforce (Source=U.S. Department of Labor).
