One Stop Career Center Personnel
Work4Women offers strategies and tools to help One Stop Career Center Personnel and Workforce Investment Act (WIA) state plan developers provide career information about high-wage nontraditional jobs for women and connect to local support service and employment training providers. Nontraditional occupations for women (NTOs) are jobs in which women comprise less than 25% of the workforce (U.S. Department of Labor).
